Prototyped — 3D-printed gasket mould, revision R8

Two matching STL files, in millimetres. Each half: 165 x 200 x 6 mm.
Six cavities for a 55 x 44 x 1 mm gasket. Print one base and one lid.

These are CAD-checked prototype tooling files, not a qualified casting process. Validate material compatibility, printed detail, flatness, filling and gasket fit before repeated use. Do not mix halves from other revisions.

Original print approach: PETG, 0.4 mm nozzle, four walls, solid infill, 100% scale. Base cavities face up; use 0.1 mm detail layers at the top. Lid mating face faces the bed. No supports. No brims: brim_type=no_brim, brim_width=0, prime_tower_brim_width=0.

STL files contain geometry only, not slicer settings or hardware. The original design uses M2 screws and heat-set inserts; inspect the model for your assembly.
